- These quality liquid eggs with citric acid are made from whole eggs and offer a fresh, clean flavor. The egg can be used in a variety of egg applications. The pasteurized liquid contains no shells and is ready to thaw and use, saving you time and labor.
- The liquid form eliminates the labor and cleanup of hand-cracking whole eggs. You can quickly and easily prepare scrambled eggs, omelets, quiche, French toast and butter.
- For best results, pour into a clean container, and whisk for 45 seconds before cooking. A 275 degrees Fahrenheit grill temperature is recommended.
- The liquid eggs save steps when making French toast. Whisk together the liquid egg, milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Dip bread slices of your choice into the mixture and coat both sides evenly. Cook on a skillet until both sides are golden brown.
- The egg is provided in six, 80-ounce cartons. The yield is approximately 300 eggs per case.
- Store in the freezer section for up to one year. Store thawed for up to three days. Thaw in the refrigerator. Do not thaw at room temperature.
