Seal the edge and make flutes, then brush the top with milk and sprinkle sugar on it. Cut slits into the top crust. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit until the crust is golden brown.
  • Montmorency cherries are prized for their unique, bright-red color and great taste. Grown on small family farms in Michigan, they are rounder, softer and smaller than sweet cherries.
