Product Description

  • This versatile, multi-purpose coating is seasoned perfectly, adding a homestyle taste and texture ideal for fish, poultry, vegetables and desserts. Convenient and easy to use, it finishes with a golden brown color. This premade mix saves you time and labor while providing your customers with a consistent, high-quality result.
  • The coated food can be deep fried, pan fried, sauteed, baked or oven fried. The medium-fine uniform crumbs have a low moisture content so they absorb less oil during frying.
  • Serve fried fish with french fries, hush puppies, coleslaw and green beans. For condiments, use tartar sauce, hot sauce, cocktail sauce, plenty of lemon wedges and pickles. Serve fried chicken with sides like cornbread, buttermilk biscuits, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw or potato salad. The breading is also great on oysters. The mix adheres well to vegetables.
  • This special breading is made with wheat flour, yellow corn flour, sea salt, pepper and spices.
  • The unique side-opening case design allows easy access to the product. There are six, 80-ounce bags per case.
