Product Description

  • The pastry is uniquely shaped, to allow part of the filling to be exposed, while offering a vibrant color.
  • Ideal use for butler passed atmosphere, or appetizer platter.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. To bake 20 appetizers: bake on middle rack for 20-22 minutes. To bake 40 appetizers: use 2 baking sheets. Place 20 appetizers on each sheet. Bake on middle and bottom oven racks for 25-28 minutes, switching sheet position halfway through cooking time until pastry is golden brown. Let stand before serving.
