  • Frozen corn is versatile as an ingredient or a side dish. This corn offers 100% yield with no waste.
  • To make a good salsa, roast the frozen corn at 400 degrees Fahrenheit on a large baking sheet with silicone or parchment until some of the kernels start to brown. While the corn is roasting, seed and chop tomatoes and jalapeno peppers, and add chopped onion and lime juice. Then add chopped cilantro or parsley, minced garlic, salt, pepper and the roasted corn.
  • This corn is rated U.S. Grade A because it is tender, offers good flavor, color and aroma and is practically defect-free.
  • The kernels are individually quick frozen to ensure freshness and allow easy product separation while frozen. There are six, 64-ounce bags per case.
  • Store frozen for up to 18 months.
