- St. Louis-style spareribs are meaty and cut from the belly. They are usually trimmed so the slabs are more rectangular and consistently shaped. These St. Louis-style pork rib slabs are trimmed to 1/4-inch of fat.
- Ideal for custom seasoning, slow braising, smoking and barbecue presentations.
- The ribs will fit into either a lunch or dinner menu as an entree offering. Serve them with traditional sides of coleslaw, potato salad and baked beans.
