Product Description

  • Less than 15% of Angus cattle meet our strict program specifications. We handpick these elite cattle for our program, and then we hand select each cut from them to make sure they meet or exceed our quality promise. All our Angus cattle are certified and listed on the USDA website under G-schedule 27.
  • We achieve exceptional quality and consistency by single sourcing our Angus beef from a region renowned for its ideal conditions for cattle raising.
  • Skirt steak is cut from the plate and prized for its flavor. These grain-fed Angus beef steaks are lean, flavorful, and may be used for anything from fajitas to more upscale dishes when marinated, cooked quickly over a hot flame and thinly sliced across the grain. They have been wet-aged for 28 days and jaccarded three times for maximum tenderness.
  • Marinate the steak overnight in a red wine mixture. Grill the steak until the internal temperature reaches 147 degrees. Remove from the grill and let rest before slicing. Plate and serve with some pan juices.
